I am passionate about helping others to cultivate awareness, self-love and self-esteem based on a solid foundation, self-worth. And supporting them to overcome their emotional wounds and struggles. To grow and reveal their best self to the world.
I was born in Portugal but I currently live in the Netherlands, after several years living and working in the capital of Angola, Luanda, in Africa. I love cultural diversity and I believe it enriches us in profound and powerful ways.
Working and living abroad especially in a multicultural and infrastructure challenging country like Angola was an incredible experience, since it took me out of my comfort zone. It forced me to adapt to things that were unfamiliar and unusual to me. It expanded my views, knowledge and made me a better leader.
I experienced a new culture, a new way of life and I built a life for myself.
I also love human development, philosophy, spirituality, holistic health & nutrition, leadership, art, and others. I love to travel around the world and I can speak English, Portuguese, some Spanish and I’m learning Dutch.
I have practiced meditation for 17 years and Reiki of the Usui lineage for 15 years.
I have more than 10 years of work experience as a manager, mentor and business consultant and I hold a Master degree in management. For the last years I have also successfully run a facility management business along with another business associate.
But for as long as I’ve been doing that, my passion has always been to help others improve and reach their full potential.
In the past years my professional life was not fulfilling me anymore so I decided to leave the corporate world behind and start a new journey. I was seeking fulfillment in a career that had a deeper meaning and significance. And which was also more aligned with my core values.
I could not continue in the corporate world where compassion, awareness, caring, fairness and integrity were absent and where the focus was totally on the results.
My passion eventually led me into exploring the world of life coaching, especially holistic life coaching since this approach is highly integrative, thereby helping to achieve a greater sense of balance and wellbeing in life. Plus, it also gave me an opportunity to use my experience and background to help my clients and benefit them more.
I am a living example that life does not have to be linear. It can go in all directions, change often and be nevertheless happy and successful. I can therefore support people facing changes in their life and help them transform it for the better, through a safe and gentle process.
Today, I gathered all my life experiences, competencies, knowledge, and passion to create ‘Integral Growth’. My intent is to expand consciousness and raise self-awareness, changing mindsets and fostering sustainable behavioral shifts.
I am committed to bring awakening of consciousness, essence and a new path to personal growth and a meaningful life.
I work closely with my clients as an ally, guide and consistently in co-creative support. I deeply listen, mirror and reflect, supporting clients to see their unique gifts and shadows. Based on my unique assessment with each individual, and the process of listening, I begin to organically introduce concepts and directions for doing work on oneself, practices for reflection and self-investigation, which can form a foundation for the work of empowerment and genuine lasting transformation.
I work helping clients understand and break through their habits, beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve, to create new patterns and thrive in new ways. I help them to connect to their inner wisdom, align with their deepest values and achieve greater fulfillment, balance and a happiness that comes from deep within.
Clients develop stronger awareness, self-esteem, confidence, resilience, authenticity and relationships. They become more effective as they align with their inner true self and inner power. They become better leaders of themselves and others.
