Aimed at enhancing the leadership or management performance and overall skills development of an organization’s executives and high-potential employees. Leadership development can be very useful when an employee has been newly promoted is facing a number of challenges (usually involving interpersonal relationships), or is being groomed for larger roles, as well as to correct behavioral problems and help leaders resolve interpersonal conflicts.
I am dedicated to help leaders cultivate self-awareness in service of something greater than ourselves. For me, it is on the journey to understand ourselves as human beings that we begin to understand others: colleagues, partners, clients, shareholders and so on. Self-awareness is a first step to truly understand organizations and networks, which are made up of people.
The journey to powerful, authentic leadership begins with strong self-awareness and it goes way beyond. In today’s volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world, we need leaders who know how to:
- Build harmonious relationships and networks of trust,
- Assess situations with both objectivity and wise intuition,
- Navigate change with the right approach for a given situation.
Leadership can be learned through basic practices. I believe we all have this capacity within us. The journey involves commitment, disciplined practice and courage to experiment and take intelligent risks.
Leaders growth and maturity turns up in:
- self- and other-awareness,
- clarity of purpose,
- authenticity,
- creativity,
- emotional intelligence,
- desire to learn and grow,
- capacity to adapt to change,
- quality of our relationships and
- capacity to track patterns and systems.
As a guide, I provide you with a map through this territory. We will work together to find solutions to unlock your potential and reduce any interfering factor to your performance. Together we will craft an approach that meets your unique needs.
