This 60 minutes service not only encourages and promotes organization in your kitchen. But it also helps you to become more aware of what you have been eating and been putting on your plate. Thus supporting you to make more conscious and healthful choices.
✦ Personal and online grocery shopping
If you are interested in improving the quality of your diet, make healthier, more sustainable and ethical choices. We will do a 60 minutes methodical shop together. We will swap your staples for higher quality and more delicious alternatives.
You will learn how to do methodical food shopping, read labels and tricks to reduce food waste. This does not include consultation.

Most people know they need to eat healthier, but they don’t know where to start. Making the right choices can be difficult and making the wrong choices is easy. Many families lead busy lives. Faced with time constraints from work, commuting, childcare, and an endless to-do list. They often turn to restaurant meals and ready-to-eat food from grocery stores. Convenience foods have imposed their way into our kitchens — food that inconveniently makes us sick and shortens our life.
Nevertheless, It is important to eat well, in a way that extends our health and lifespan. And that starts in the kitchen.
Cooking from scratch is easy, fun and a way of self-care, love, and connection with our beloved ones. Think of preparing home-cooked meals as a pleasure rather than a chore.

We will swap processed foods for real foods that support optimal health. This can improve energy, digestion, mood, and overall well being.
Together, we go through a typical day and we agree on a list of 10 nutrition changes applicable straight away.

This service is about establishing a basis for health: eating food that your body recognizes, getting a minimal amount of movement and light to support body and brain functions. Ensuring you get enough sleep and managing stress levels.
I realized in practice that the best way to guide and support my clients to consistently implement the changes and new habits I recommend in the personalized plan is to deliver this service into four consultations. Many changes at once may be overwhelming and the results not long-lasting.
What it involves:
- A 3 hours intake divided into two consultation of 120 minutes + 60 minutes. We will discuss your current situation — diet, habits, symptoms, health history, lifestyle and your goals. We will go through extensive questionnaires and assessments to identify where you are on the health spectrum. And establish baseline metrics. This will provide an overall picture of your health from a functional medicine approach. And will give a personalized road map for your journey back to health and wellness. I will also recommend key basic blood test with your doctor.
- You will be required to bring a food diary.
- You will get a clear and easy to follow, personalized plan. To provide you with the fundamentals of diet, as well some simple delicious meal ideas, movement, sleep and stress management to establish a basis for health.
This service is structured as follows:
- A 3 hours intake divided into two consultation of 120 minutes + 60 minutes. You will get the personalized nutrition after the intake consultation.
- A 60 minutes follow-up consultation two weeks later to track your progress and to answer questions you may have. After this consultation you will get the personalized lifestyle plan.
- A 60 minutes follow-up consultation two weeks later after you start implementing the other fundamentals from the personalized lifestyle plan. We will review your progress, make adjustments. And I will be able to offer more targeted support now that the fundamentals are in place.
The consultations take place at your own pace and convenience. You can make individual appointments or purchase the four consultations package in advance. Whichever is most convenient for you.
I aim to promote long-term changes to achieve lifelong health benefits and quality of life / for life-long health benefits. Therefore, depending on the conditions you wish /will to address and your goals, several follow-up consultations may be needed.
